I NEED your HELP to be a mig admin plz

hi i am sami from oman.
i tried many times to be a mig admin but i couldn't .
i speake 2 languages, i am online everyday for more than 10 hours,
i never flood or abuse inside the chat rooms.
so plz i need your help cuz i don't know what to do

maybe i can give ur something sami bro..
